Images must be submitted via CD/DVD or FTP upload. Images should be print quality resolution. Disks or drives containing images will not be returned unless specified by you, so please DO NOT SEND ORIGINALS. Files must be formatted as RAW, jpeg, PSD only. Files should be embedded with sRGB color profile. If we have to reformat files the fee is $0.10 - $1.00 per file. Files must be in numeric/alphabetical order, or by time stamp. There will be a fee of $50.00, or 20% of the album design cost, (whichever is greater) if files have to be arranged in numeric/alphabetical order by us. You may provide us with a list of images that must be included, or opt to have us select all the images for design (we will select from up to twice the number of images to be in the album). Alternatively you may provide a list of "must haves" and allow us to use other images as needed to tell a great story. We may discard finished and released designs and images 30 days from receipt. Please make sure to create a backup copy of your design for yourself. Should there be any problems such as corrupt files upon delivery please notify us immediately. Design fees & Payment terms: Design Fees are at the time your order is placed. Payments will be accepted by check or by credit card (M/C, Visa, Discover). There will be a $35 fee on all returned checks. Payment must clear before finished designs proofed unless otherwise approved in writing by us. File Storage monthly fee's If designs are not approved within 5 months, we will send out a storage fee notice giving clients the opportunity to submit final approval before the sixth month approaches. Clients who fail to finalize the design by the sixth month, will be charged a monthly storage fee of $25 per project, for each month an album has NOT been approved, starting with the the sixth month and reoccurring each month until we have your final approval. If the monthly storage fee is not paid, a warning will be given. If payment still is not received after the first notice, the design and related files will be forfeited, and the project files will be deleted from our hard drives. Design time: We will have a design ready within 10 business days. Design time begins the day after image files are received. If there is any editing required after the initial design, please allow an additional 2-3 business days for each editing. Expedited service is available for an extra charge.
